For the last 25 years, the WMA’s annual WebAward Competition has led the way in recognizing those involved in developing websites for organizations, businesses, and governments – 96 industries in total. The overall goal is to raise the standards of excellence of web development on the Internet.
Independent industry experts from around the world judge the entries using the mission statement and intended audience for each site as a reference. Scoring on a scale of zero to ten is also done across each of the below seven criteria:
